The house is divided into a large, bright living room with open kitchenette and dining area with room for up to 6 people, a cosy divan in front of the open fireplace invites you to relax and enjoy an entertaining TV evening. In addition, this divan is also suitable for sleeping an extra person.
Two romantic bedrooms with modern comfort mattresses with a total of 2 twin beds and a single bed guarantee restful sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
From the living room you step through a 2m wide French door onto the terrace and enjoy the immensely calming view into the romantic olive grove with its 300 partly secular trees while having breakfast.
In front of the terrace is the brick barbecue, for cosy barbecue evenings.
The property is fenced, the access is through a lockable gate and parking spaces are right next to the house.
On the property there is its own, private pool and you can also use the 150m distant community pool of our holiday residence” Podere La Fornace”.
The equipment includes dishwasher, air conditioning, W-Lan, satellite TV, washing machine, fly screen, espresso machine, modern comfort mattresses, garden furniture and sun loungers.
