In the summer months, we only rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. On request, daily occupancy is also possible.

The small print
Rental prices are per apartment and week
For reservations we ask for a deposit of 30%. The remaining amount is due in cash on arrival.

Additional costs
Tourist tax for max. 10 days = 1,50 Euro/day/person (from age 16 years).
Gas/water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price.
Heating and cooling (if required) are charged according to consumption.
For Villa Ophelia the heating/air conditioning is charged according to KW consumption.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
A communal washing machine is available. Costs per wash Euro 3.50.
There is a one-off charge of Euro 70 for the final cleaning.
For your four-legged family member we charge Euro 60 for the entire stay
